Actively participating in pre-sale activities, helping to shape profitable proposals for potential clients.
Communicating with current and past clients to build long-term partnerships, identify their needs, and ensure satisfaction.
Transferring project information from the lead to the project manager, and participating in project kick-offs to ensure a smooth start.
Controlling and engaging in project estimations, ensuring their accuracy and realism.
Monitoring the sales department's performance regarding KPI achievement and results.
Developing and proposing improvements to optimize the sales department's operations.
Preparing commercial proposals for clients, presenting, substantiating, and agreeing on them.
Formalizing terms of cooperation with clients and overseeing their execution.
2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
English language proficiency at B2 level for fluent communication with international clients.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and find common ground with various client types.
Strategic thinking and the ability to identify business growth and development opportunities.
