Search for candidates and support recruitment processes
Manage and update the candidate database
Assist with onboarding of new employees
Organize internal events (team buildings, welcome kits, etc.)
Support HR processes and meetings
Handle HR documentation and take meeting notes
Assist in communication with candidates and team members
Experience in recruitment (6+ months): sourcing, screening, interviewing.
Understanding of HR processes and IT roles.
Strong communication skills with candidates and teams.
Confident use of Google Sheets and Notion.
Ability to coordinate technical and non-technical interviews.
Motivation to grow and develop in HR.
