13 years of designing products people use.
ANODA is a UI/UX design agency founded in 2013, with 13 years of experience in FinTech and SaaS startups in the US. We improve user experience, simplify complex applications, and help our clients grow revenue through better design.
We've completed dozens of successful projects, including two Behance award-winning ones. Our team is small, the ownership is real, and the work goes live — not into a presentation that disappears.
What you'll actually do
Not a wish list — this is what the role looks like week to week.
Create designs in Figma
Screens, components, flows — from wireframes to hi-fi. You'll work in Figma daily, sometimes Adobe tools when the project calls for it.
Build wireframes and UX maps
Create wireframes, user journey maps, and screenmaps. Structure the product before making it look good.
Improve existing designs
Audit and raise the design quality on ongoing projects — tighten spacing, fix inconsistencies, strengthen the visual system.
Prepare handoff for developers
Create screenmaps with notes, handle design versioning, and make sure developers have everything they need to build what you designed.
Collaborate and give feedback
Work with the team to collect and provide design feedback. No one designs in a vacuum here.
Join client calls in English
Present your work, take feedback, ask the right questions. You'll be on calls with US-based founders and product teams.
What we expect from you
1+ year of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio that proves it. Not school projects — real shipped work.
Solid understanding of composition, layout, grid, typography, and color — and how these elements work together.
Figma proficiency. You think in components, auto-layout, and constraints — not just rectangles on a canvas.
Experience with data visualization — charts, maps, infographics. Our clients are FinTech and SaaS, data is everywhere.
Understanding of human-centered design phases, UI design conventions, and HIG principles.
Knowledge of adaptive web, mobile-first approach, and responsive design fundamentals.
Ability to translate functional requirements into mockups — clearly, quickly, without hand-holding.
Self-motivation and time management. We're remote — nobody will micromanage your schedule.
Awareness of current design trends — you follow the industry and can tell hype from craft.
English Upper-Intermediate minimum. You'll be on client calls, not just reading docs.
Bonus: background in psychology or completed coaching courses.
