What you'll actually do

Prepare proposals
Prepare and present proposals to clients.
Support presale
Support presale: deal scoping and service pitching.
Run kick-offs
Run kick-off meetings and onboard clients to projects.
Plan and control tasks
Plan and control tasks in Jira: deadlines, assignments, statuses.
Plan team capacity
Plan team capacity: workload distribution with deadlines and risks in mind.
Manage scope
Manage scope: clearly separate bugs, features, and change requests.
Maintain contracts
Maintain contract documentation: SoW, MSA, NDA.
Run regular syncs
Run regular team and client syncs, deliver updates every 2–3 days.
Keep the Project Passport updated
Keep the Project Passport up to date: requirements, links, contacts, milestones.
Control invoicing
Control milestone-based invoicing.
Escalate risks early
Escalate risks and blockers early.
Calculate GPM
Calculate and control GPM per project.
Collaborate with partners
Collaborate with partners on joint service delivery.
What we expect from you
3+ years of project management experience in outsource.
Understanding of UI/UX design and development processes.
Experience with contract documentation: SoW, MSA, NDA.
Understanding of milestone-based structure and fixed-budget invoicing.
English C1 — you'll be on direct client calls.
Proficiency with Jira, Notion, Slack, Claude, ClickUp, Cal.com, Fathom, Attio.
Systematic approach: everything documented, nothing kept in your head.
Ability to protect scope and push back on client requests with clear reasoning.
