Manage conversations with leads generated by the lead generation team
Qualify leads and validate opportunities
Communicate with prospects via email and LinkedIn
Share relevant portfolio cases with potential clients
Schedule discovery calls with the sales team
Follow up with interested leads
Maintain and update lead status in the CRM
~1 year of experience in Lead Generation or SDR role
English B2+ (written) for professional communication with clients
Strong written communication skills
Basic understanding of UI/UX design and the IT industry
Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
Ability to manage multiple conversations and qualify opportunities
