Work with warm inbound leads (qualification and follow-ups)
Conduct discovery and sales calls with potential clients
Guide prospects from the first call to deal closure
Perform outreach via LinkedIn and other social platforms
Monitor and control the quality of lead generation
Maintain and update the sales pipeline in CRM
Coordinate communication between client and internal team
Prepare and send proposals and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of interactions and deal stages in CRM
1.5+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development
Strong understanding of UI/UX design services and Webflow development
English level C1 (spoken and written) — direct communication with international clients
Experience working with CRM systems (Pipedrive, Attio, HubSpot, or similar)
Practical experience with outreach
Ability to conduct structured discovery calls and qualify leads
Willingness to attend evening calls with US/UK clients (flexible schedule)
