Day to day

What you'll actually do

Not a wish list — this is what the role looks like week to week.

Work warm leads

Qualify and follow up on warm inbound leads, keeping every promising conversation moving.

Run sales calls

Conduct structured discovery and sales calls with potential clients, guiding each prospect from the first call all the way to deal closure.

Drive outreach

Perform proactive outreach via LinkedIn and other social platforms to open new conversations.

Send proposals

Prepare and send proposals and follow-ups that move deals forward.

Coordinate the team

Coordinate communication between the client and the internal team so nothing falls through the cracks.

Own the CRM

Maintain and update the sales pipeline in the CRM — keeping accurate records of every interaction and deal stage.

Guard lead quality

Monitor and control the quality of lead generation feeding the pipeline.

Requirements

What we expect from you

1.5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development.

Strong understanding of UI/UX design services and Webflow development.

English at C1 level (spoken and written) for direct communication with international clients.

Experience working with CRM systems (Pipedrive, Attio, HubSpot, or similar).

Practical experience with outreach.

Ability to conduct structured discovery calls and qualify leads.

Willingness to attend evening calls with US/UK clients on a flexible schedule.
