Conduct UX research: competitor analysis, user journeys, pain point detection, usability insights.
Structure project requirements based on complexity and potential risks.
Prepare project estimations grounded in research and logic.
Collaborate with designers, PMs, and clients to clarify goals and ensure consistency.
Create clear documentation — research summaries, flow charts, and logic maps.
Support design teams with insights that improve usability and efficiency.
Translate client briefs into clear scopes and estimations aligned with business goals.
2+ years in UI/UX design or UX research.
Strong analytical and logical thinking.
Experience with user journeys, wireframes, and structure mapping.
Understanding of usability principles, UX heuristics, and the design process.
Knowledge of estimation principles and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with design systems, responsive design, and handoff processes.
English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
